Little Wits celebrated Children’s Day
Children’s day is recognized on various day in many places around the world. It is also known as Bal Divas in India, is celebrated every year on 14th November to increase the awareness of people towards the rights, care and education of children. Children are the key of success and development of the country as they would lead their country in different and new technological way.
Children are liked by everyone. So, as a tribute to our little flowers on their special day, Children’s Day was celebrated at ‘Little Wits’ with great enthusiasm, on 11th of November, 2016 i.e. on Friday.
The celebration began with a prayer service conducted by teachers, as a tribute to Chacha Nehru. Various activities and events were organized and performed by our little flowers. The day had the theme of love. Corridors of the ‘A’ wings were abuzz with activity. Students were dressed in vibrant costumes. Teachers had organized various activities for all the classes. All the classes had been called one by one to perform and show how talented they are. The activities like basket ball, musical chair, pick and act, tug of war were enjoyed by the little flowers of all classes. All the little champs have been awarded with beautiful prizes. The celebration ended with a disco number where all our little flowers enjoyed dancing with all their hearts out. We had a great party with our little flowers and we are thankful to them as we have relived our childhood days again. We hope to celebrate this day with more enthusiasm in the coming years.
